Alicia (Lauren) Zubikowski
An Emmy Award winning producer, working on HBO’s Hard Knocks and 24/7 series, she has distinguished herself as one of the most respected and successful women in the industry. She spent seven years at NFL Films, one of the most recognized companies in television, gaining invaluable skills and learned the inner workings of the sports world.
Alicia studied journalism and broadcasting with a concentration in Sports Management at Seton Hall University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005. Inspired by her passion for sports and media, Alicia spent time working at ESPN, NY Times and Sports Illustrated, notably contributing to Sports Illustrated’s “50th Anniversary” edition and the “Sportsman of The Year” in 2004.
While at NFL Films, she produced and created programming for several networks, including HBO, Showtime, ESPN, NBC, FOX, CBS, NFL Network and Tru TV.
Family
Growing up 60 miles outside of NYC with her parents and two older brothers, Alicia was a tomboy by trade and farm girl at heart. With a family-first mentality, much of her free time is spent back home in the company of her parents, brothers, nana, cousins, several aunts and uncles and of course, her Boxer puppy, Otis.

Alicia worked as the field Producer for HBO’s award-winning and critically acclaimed 24/7 series featuring Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. The series won an Emmy for Outstanding Editing and earned the highest ratings featuring these two fighters in the history of the show.
Olympic Story Telling
Alicia regularly contributes features for USA Today and traveled to London to cover the 2012 Summer Olympics as a Feature Producer.
Alicia’s ability to develop and maintain relationships with teams’ front office, coaches and more than 60 players and their families proved an asset in unprecedented access and the execution of the series. Sports Illustrated said, “Hard Knocks has done more to humanize players than 40 years of United Way Commercials” and the series was cited by Time Magazine as “the best reality show of the summer.
